Crêpe & Curl started in the most relatable way possible - frustration.
I’ve always loved crêpes, but eating them on the go?
That classic V-shaped paper wrap never quite worked. It was messy, awkward, and definitely not ideal when you’re juggling kids, drinks, or walking through a busy market.
I remember thinking, there has to be a better way to enjoy this.
So I reimagined it.
Instead of folding crêpes into that traditional cone shape, I began slicing them into thin ribbons - turning them into something playful, fun, and far easier to eat. And just like that, the idea of crêpe spaghetti was born.
What started as a simple idea became a creative obsession: how can dessert feel theatrical, premium, and still practical?

By day, I work a full-time job.
By night (and weekends), I’m building Crêpe & Curl.
As a dad, I wanted to create something exciting, memorable, and family-friendly - a dessert experience that feels just as special for kids as it does for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.
